Ways to work together
Let’s create pockets of presence that support greater aliveness, connection, and care.
Embodied relationship support
A space to slow down, reconnect, and explore what becomes possible when we bring greater presence, awareness, and care to the ways we relate to ourselves, each other, and life.
These sessions weave together conversation, nervous system awareness, embodiment, movement, and relational practices that support greater connection, expression, honesty, and aliveness.
Breathwork
Breathwork can offer space to soften, reconnect with the body, and listen more deeply to what’s present beneath the surface.
These sessions are rooted in nervous system awareness and are designed to support greater presence, awareness, emotional connection, and care for ourselves and one another.
Workshops and group spaces
While some parts of healing are deeply personal, many of us also long for spaces where we can reconnect and relate. Group spaces offer opportunities to slow down together, deepen awareness, and explore more connected ways of being with ourselves, each other, and the world around us.
Through movement and breathwork, these gatherings are rooted in presence, humanity, tenderness, and care.

Coaching is a collaborative process that helps you clarify where you are, envision where you’d like to be, and engage in practices that support the journey between the two. My approach blends present-centered coaching (The Relationship School) with somatic, breath, and movement-based modalities, among others, to deepen awareness and growth in real time. We use what arises in the moment—your sensations, emotions, patterns, and insights—as living information to support and challenge you to step more fully into authorship of your life.

Both coaching and therapy can offer meaningful support, but they serve different purposes. There’s nuance in this question—it’s helpful to remember that different modalities meet different needs and may resonate based on your goals or personal preferences.
Therapists are licensed professionals who diagnose and treat mental and emotional conditions, often exploring past experiences for healing and integration.
Coaching focuses on growth and forward movement—it’s a collaborative process that helps you connect with your strengths, patterns, and possibilities in the present. Coaches aren’t licensed to diagnose or treat mental illness, but we can complement therapeutic work beautifully.
If you’re considering coaching, I encourage you to ask about a coach’s training, approach, and values to find a fit that feels right for you.

I’m not a trauma therapist, but my work is trauma-informed and grounded in sensitivity to the nervous system, safety, and pacing. My training and ongoing study include somatic and relational approaches that honor how trauma can live in the body and in our relationships.
When deeper trauma work is needed, I collaborate with or refer to licensed therapists as part of a supportive care network—so you’re always held safely within your process.

Our first session focuses on what you most want from coaching and allows us to co-create a path that feels aligned and supportive. From there, sessions are typically one hour via Zoom. We begin by grounding into what’s most present that day—what’s alive in your body, heart, or relationships—and let that guide our focus.
Together we explore what’s unfolding, using reflection, breath, or gentle somatic practices to help you access insight and integration. Depending on the arc of our work, we’ll pause along the way to reflect on progress and realign your intentions. I may offer simple practices or reflections to explore between sessions, supporting you in weaving the work into your everyday life.

The length of our work together depends on your goals and the kind of support you’re seeking. We’ll begin with a discovery call to sense what feels most supportive for you right now.
Some people come for a shorter series to focus on a specific area, while others engage in coaching over several months to deepen their practice and integration. I’ll offer recommendations based on what you share, but ultimately, we’ll design the rhythm together so it fits both your pace and your season of life.
-
Absolutely. That’s an important part of the process. Together we’ll explore whether working together feels like a good fit for both of us and whether it’s aligned with what you’re navigating and the outcomes you’re seeking.

At this time, coaching isn’t covered by insurance. Sessions are paid privately, allowing for greater flexibility, privacy, and personalization in how we work together.

That awareness is a beautiful and powerful first step. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. I invite you to book a consult so we can explore what you're experiencing and clarify what kind of support might serve you best.
Even a single conversation can offer more understanding and direction for your next steps.

After an initial consult to be sure the work feels like a fit for both partners, our first session focuses on clarifying your shared goals and what feels challenging right now. In each session that follows, we begin by centering on what would be most supportive for that day and use what arises between you—communication patterns, emotions, body language—as live material to explore together.
The process is interactive and experiential, helping you recognize the dynamics that no longer serve your connection and practice new ways of relating that foster understanding, trust, and intimacy. Along the way, we regularly check in to ensure our focus continues to align with your intentions as a couple.

While individual work is valuable and sometimes helpful alongside, many of the challenges we face arise—and can be healed best—within relationship. Couples coaching allows both partners to engage the process together, in real time, creating a shared understanding and new patterns of connection. It’s really quite beautiful how powerful it is, if not also more efficient.
Working together often accelerates growth for each person and the relationship itself, because you’re practicing insight, repair, and communication in the moment rather than alone in reflection, a powerful and intimate way to grow together.

Yes. Everything shared in our sessions is held in confidence. I adhere to the International Coaching Federation’s Code of Ethics and confidentiality guidelines, which outline clear professional standards for privacy and trust.
Our client–coach agreement further details these commitments so you can feel safe to speak openly and explore freely.
